Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

At Skin 2 Skin, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Skin2SkinCare.com, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

To qualify you must notify us of the return of your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please carefully follow the instructions below before returning items.

Return / Exchange Instructions

  1. Notify us your return via website Contact Us, e-mail at info@skin2skincare.com,  or phone first.
  2. Use a tractable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records and enclose a copy of the invoice or order in the package.  We recommend you send your return via USPS Priority Mail. Return fees are refundable on a case by case bases and we will email you a USPS Priority Mail return label on request.
  3. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival, and all exchanges will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 2-3 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Returns will be processed within seven business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
  4. We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 7 days of purchase.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately.

Please provide the order number, email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier or unless we tell you otherwise.

Stolen Packages

Once your order has  been delivered and confirmed by USPS  to the shipping address on your order Skin 2 Skin is not responsible for  the stolen package. If you are concerned about a package being stolen please put in your comment area that you request a signature, no additional fees apply. The other option if it is possible have your order delivered to your office. Please check with your neighbors for a miss delivery and contact us.
